Who We Are
You know, you can't just go out and find a good high quality GPS installer like you can a plumber or an electrician. That being said we put a great deal of training into our new techs before they are ready to take great care of our customers. When we start a new tech with 12V/24V background, they will typically spend up to 2 months of day to day, one on one training with one of our field supervisors before they are ready to work on their own. This means that we have a great deal invested in each of our technicians and it shows in the quality of our work. Just ask your current provider how long their techs are trained before they go out on their own, you might just be surprised.
We are extremely proud of our employees and all of their individual accomplishments. We are pleased to introduce to you the dependable, friendly, qualified people who will take care of you and your vehicles when you work with us for your GPS tracking installation and repair services. (Sorry ladies, not all these men are single...)
My name is Edgar Aguirre. I am the field manager for Metro Mobile Electronics.
I have almost 20 years of extensive experience in engineering, fabricating, computer aided design blueprints/schematics, to production and testing of equipment and off – road vehicles.
As the first MME Technician, I was blessed to help set forth the framework for the company that MME has grown into. Currently as Field Manager, my most important role is to support and facilitate our nationwide technicians to better assist you, the customer, and provide excellent service with integrity.
"Reputation is what men and women think of us; Character is what God and the angels know of us."-Thomas Paine.
Greg is one of our DFW based technicians. He shares the following bio:
I was raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State with a degree in Broadcasting. After that, I moved to Texas and started my life in the the automotive business. I hold ASC Automotive Electrical, Service Advisor, and Management certifications. I came to MME in 2011 and have been very blessed since. I have two beautiful daughters that I love to spend time with. I love to travel and spend time with my friends. I love to have fun no matter what I am doing, and seeing everybody happy makes my day.
Carlos is a Senior Technician with MME who started almost 4 years ago in 2013. A Texas native he grew up in Fort Worth and has no plans to move away. Carlos said his whole world changed almost 2 years ago when he became the father to his now 21 month old son who he says is his entire life and what pushes him to be the best he can every day to set a great example for him as he grows up. In his spare time Carlos loves fitness and can be found at the gym, but watch out because he not only works out but also has a punch on him. He says boxing is what he truly loves to do for fun.
RJ Dominguez studied at Oxford University and received an MPA at the University of North Texas. RJ has experience in training, communications and mobile hardware and software support. He enjoys playing soccer and reading everything he can.
Garrett is a former Marine (Oorah!) who says he can "do a little bit of everything," and he's not kidding. If you want to be impressed keep reading:
Garrett's experience includes low and high voltage electrical system and circuit installation, maintenance and design; component-level troubleshooting and repair of PCB mounted IC components and related systems; and desktop, laptop, and server installation, repair, and maintenance, with a wide range of network topologies and protocols.
Garrett is familiar with a wide range of gas, diesel, and all-electric equipment and vehicle types, including but not limited to electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, air and fuel management, HVAC, and emissions.
Whew! Based in the DFW region, Garrett also happens to be a strong GPS technician and an all around nice guy.
I was born in Mexico and raised in Dallas, Texas. Im the youngest of my 2 siblings and the most incredible uncle to my 8 nieces and nephews. I speak two languages, English and Spanish. I'm also currently learning to speak Japanese.(Hopefully, because Devin will send me to visit one day! ) I’ve been working for MME about 8 months and it's been the greatest experience of my life. Fun fact - I won 4th place in a state competition called Stars against 100 other competitors from different high schools when I was in the automotive field program back in high school doing auto body and mechanical challenges. Working with cars always gave me a sense of purpose in life, along with fulfillment and satisfaction. Prior to working with MME I was a machine/crane operator for a steel plant that handled all the sewer pipelines around the world. I left there to do something that made me feel like I was able to better myself and feel like I’m doing exactly that at MME. During my free time I like to hang out with family and friends. Having cookouts, watching sports, and going out to the lake is where you can find me on a day off!. The one place I visit the most is Elm Street in Dallas. The environment there is friendly and upbeat so don't confuse it with the Elm street Freddy Krueger lives on, lol. I love horror movies as well, especially the ones that have sequels. Don’t let him scare you off, he’s one of the nicest guys you could ever meet!!
Paul was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and came to MME about 1 year ago after spending 7 years as a 3rd generation sign painter. He had studied telematics since 2002 and knew immediately this was the perfect place for him. Paul loves to travel and is one of the few technicians we have that has gone from the Indian Ocean to the Arctic Circle all in one trip and stayed in temperatures below 0 degrees. Despite his unique travels he has never been to Australia and says he has high hopes that one day he will make it there. He currently lives with his 2 best buddies, Cinnamon and Bear, his Golden Shepard and Doxen Doverman dogs. Other than just hanging out at home you can find him playing video games, with the dogs, or shooting his bow and arrow.
Cody was born and raised in Garland, Texas and has lived in the DFW area his entire life and currently services our North Texas area. I've been with MME now a little less than a year and love being a part of such a great group of guys and having a job where I wake up and enjoy coming into work. Prior to MME, Cody was working at a custom car stereo shop doing everything from audio and alarm installs to remote starts. He has one daughter, Hailey, who will turn 9 this July whom he adores. She loves gymnastics and snakes, what more could a dad ask for? In his free time he enjoys going anywhere he can find a spot to sit on the rocks, enjoy the peace and silence, and hopefully catch the biggest fish in the pond. Whether it’s a cookout, cannonballing into the pool, getting the perfect tan while catching a bass, riding the waves at the lake, or just simply being outdoors with family, friends, and people he cares for most is what this tech loves most about life. With his daughter by his side that’s his ideal of a perfect day!
Mike is one of our newer service technicians born and raised in Fort Worth ,Texas who services the DFW metroplex area. Mike loves to travel and is the first to volunteer to head out and visit any city when the opportunity presents itself. From small towns in Oklahoma to the bright lights of New York City this guy loves that his job allows him to have fun adventures on the road and see areas of the world he would never think to visit on his own. MME has allowed me to meet incredible people, see places I never knew to visit, and spend time with guys who I am proud to call my friends and teammates. Prior to working for Metro Mobile Electronics Mike was the lead installation tech for Auto Truck Group and has a passion for working on vehicles. He currently holds three titles to vehicles that he purchased at auctions or found driving through neighborhoods to restore, including a '96 Oldsmobile Station Wagon he intends to keep. He loves his vintage cars! Mike is the proud father of two boys, the oldest currently works as a park ranger for the FW Nature Center and encounters cougars, rattlesnakes, and every creepy creature you would want to run from! Mike says he’s just a simple, easy going, meat and potatoes type of guy. He likes to just go with the flow and see where life takes him.
Originally I'm from Little Rock , AR. I transplanted to Midland, TX in May 2017 to go chasing the gas and oilfield work. My oilfield experience consist of B.O.P testing, nipple-up, nipple-down, flowback, and water transfer. Prior to the oilfield I worked as an automotive technician for 7 years, specializing in drivability and suspension work. Im very big into motor sports and the outdoors. I love fishing, hunting, scuba diving, and just being on the water. Being from Arkansas, nature is all around you, living here in Midland now has been a little rough to get used too. Not having any bodies of water, trees, grass, or wildlife (other than rattlesnakes and rabbits) has been quite the adjustment. I joined MME around Thanksgiving and have never been happier. They have made me feel like family from the first day. It is rare to find a company that will put their employees first before the numbers. It is a great feeling to be valued, appreciated, and respected. It makes you want to work as hard for them as they do for you. I'm proud to call MME home! I was once asked what was the difference between grace and mercy; Grace was God giving you something you don’t deserve. Mercy was God not giving you what you did deserve. That quote has stuck with me and made my view on life just a little bit different.
Abel is one of our original installers. He came on board at the founding of the company. Abel has 12 years experience in GPS service and installation. Prior to working in the GPS field, Abel was a helicopter mechanic and even has experience in the pilot's seat. (Yes, you can be impressed – we are!) A Laredo native, Abel is now based in Houston, where he is very popular with our customers. When he is not working, he's at home with his beautiful wife and son.
My name is Vince Naputi and I am from the Island of Hawaii. I now reside in the Houston area of Kingwood with my wife and daughter for the last 4yrs. My wife and I have a daughter and a son that are now on their own serving in the Air Force as well, which leaves us with only one more still living in the nest. Vince services the Houston, TX area but sometimes he joins our groups to travel so you never know, he might just pop in to say hello regardless of where you’re at : ) Before coming to MME, I built the HUMVEE, H1, and H2 Hummers. I enjoy working and being part of the MME Ohana (family). The company is very family oriented. All the techs and the staff in the office are awesome people to work with. Everyone is very helpful and professional. Other than that, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, whether it’s grillin, chillin, or playing music. I also started a hobby recently of tattooing- specializing in Polynesian Tribal Art- after retiring from Fireknife dancing for 15yrs of my life. I’ll pick up the knives here and there and dance with the fire just to get in that zone of just me and the flame. For the most part though, I am just thankful and I count my blessings each day, which keeps me motivated and humbled.
Eloy was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. where he graduated from Jordan High School. He went on to take trade classes at Maxine Waters in Los Angeles where he studied mobile electronics. While attending school he worked at different places and as time passed he took a mechanic class that was very hands on. He got to work in manufacturing and help build tow trucks from Chassis to Electronics, along with completing engine swaps and transmissions repairs. There he learned everything from vehicle evaluations to diagnosing systems for repair. "Growing up working on cars definitely got my attention and gave me a hobby to keep me from getting in trouble. I loved taking them apart and putting them back together because it was like a puzzle. Meeting and communicating with people has always been a way of life for me and made me a true go getter. Knock on doors and they will open!" Eloy currently services our Southern California area and says working with MME has been a great experience. I’ve learned when you think stuff is getting tough, someone will pick you up and tell you let's keep going. I've experienced loyalty and most of all respect.. Eloy's words to live by: "If you've got me, I've got us". He also says If he keeps going this will turn into a book you might be able to find at Barnes and Nobles in a few weeks.
This Northern California Tech was born in Laos and raised in Oroville and prior to MME was a tech at a Honda dealership. I have been with MME for 3 years now and enjoy what I do every day. I have 5 kids oldest is 16 and youngest are twins boy/girl they are 11. I like to spend time with my wife and kids and go hiking and fishing. A lot of my free time is family time because my family is my world and I will do anything for them.
Adan is from Compton, CA and just recently moved to the Stockton, CA area where he services our clients. Prior to MME he was working as a installation technician for Spectrum doing everything from internet, phone lines, cable, and security systems. He has two fur babies, a dog who will always be a puppy and a cat who does like him, we are not sure what he did to upset the cat. : ) He enjoys playing golf and looking at the architecture of skyscrapers, and driving, he stated sarcastically! He enjoys all types of Italian food and he once went skydiving twice in the same month…sounds pretty adventurous. He lives by the quote "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.- Paulo Coelho." We are happy to have him as part of our MME family, and he looks forward to getting to know all our customers better!
I guess you could say the road to MME started in California. After Belynda’s husband, Devin, took a job in the GPS world, the family packed up and moved to Texas. Belynda entered the GPS world shortly after the move, when a layoff left her looking for new opportunities. Over the next decade, she worked her way from Service Scheduler to Customer Service Manager at a prominent GPS provider, gaining valuable insight to the Operations side of the business. As MME grew, Belynda eventually resigned to devote her full attention to helping manage the business. When she isn’t working, Belynda volunteers on the board of directors for the Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers. She’s the proud wife of Devin, and mom to two brilliant daughters.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Southern Indiana, Leah moved to Texas to join MME, and has been a proud member of the team since 2011. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, spoiling her dog, Cooper, and spending time with family and friends.
Danette is one of our schedule coordinators in the DFW office. She came to MME after working as a dispatcher for a towing company. When Danette is not working, she loves to cook and spend time with her family and two cats. When the weather is nice, she can be found hanging out at the pool or lake enjoying BBQ.
I’m Robin Waguespack and I’m a schedule coordinator/dispatcher. My background is mostly analytics in the medical field but I am enjoying the transition to this new position very much. In my personal time I enjoy movies, games and hiking with my family as well as Tae Kwon Do, running and quilting.
Julie was born in Dallas, Texas on New Year's Eve and never got very far away…still residing in the town of GP where she graduated in 1998! She started her career in the house cleaning industry where she was the service manager for a team of 40 maids and quickly learned she had a passion for trying to make sure everyone was treated fair and equal. This led her to the HR field where she could recognize those who were doing a great job and on her own time studied compliance laws and was offered a full time role with Kelly Services as the HR and Senior Recruiting Manager to over 500+ employees in 2014. After a move that led the company to far away to commute daily she found herself at MME and couldn’t be happier. You have to love what you do and who you work with or life gets to repetitive.
While her career has gone the exact way she had hoped, her true biggest accomplishments are raising her almost 11 year old son Cayden and 4 year old daughter Lexie. While they make her hair grey way too early it's worth every minute. In her free time she can be found on the couch in comfy PJ’s catching up on all her DVR shows, jumping at the trampoline park, riding the Titan at Six Flags, floating the lazy river at Hurricane Harbor, watching her sons all-star pitching on the baseball fields or having a dance party to Taylor Swift with her daughter in the living room. The one thing you will never find with her is an empty house, there’s always at least 3 or 4 kids hanging out on the Xbox One , shooting hoops in the backyard or riding the hoverboard from room to room. I feel like my life is action packed, go, go, go, rarely time to breathe and full of excitement but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Mark was born and raised in Shreveport, LA and moved to the Texas area in 2003. He started working for MME at the end of 2016 as one of our dispatchers who helps make sure our MME techs get to you on time and as quickly as possible. We knew Mark would be a great addition to our team after meeting with him and learning about his dispatch experience for Greyhound where he had worked previously. We quickly saw he had the ability to make the puzzle pieces fit together to complete a schedule and keep the technicians and clients happy. He works hard to get the job done, no matter what it takes!
Mark has 3 kids, 2 sons who are 26 and 14 and a daughter who is 21. This dad stays busy by coaching football, basketball and all types of sporting events for his kids. When he’s not at an event that requires keeping score or winning, he enjoys playing cards, dominoes and traveling. This guy's a true competitor whether it's on the court or field or at the table playing a game with friends. But the most important thing to him, as he simply puts it, “ I just love to enjoy life”.
Lynn was born in Northern New Mexico but has been a Texas native now for the last 30+ years. We found her and made sure to grab her after her dispatching days at Greyhound were done. She has been a member of the MME dispatch team now for around a month and says she loves it! After raising two kids, a daughter who became a teacher and a son who joined the US Navy she was ready to get back to what she enjoyed most, dispatching. In her free time she said she likes to do as little as possible and who can blame her? She said she is new to being an empty nester and still figuring out exactly what she enjoys doing. Trying new things in her free time like going to the lake, reading, watching a movie, or planting flowers in her garden is what she uses her free time for now that the kids are grown. You never know where you will find her as she is up for trying anything new at least once!
Andrew is MME’s Telematics Coordinator and impresses us daily with his work ethic and unique adventures. Andrew studied at the University of North Texas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and was given the opportunity to study abroad at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea. The time spent in South Korea was a lot of fun! “I had some of the best BBQ one could grill at their own table, went to some of the biggest malls in the world, such as the I'Park Mall where it’s so big there is practically a floor just for socks.”
I just recently married my gorgeous and funny wife whose from Hainan, China. We had a unique wedding, fresh snow-cones, maracas, and my father in law trying to hit a piñata for his first time. Also, my wife and I are connoisseurs of good foods, love reading lengthy books about business, and enjoying trying any new experience we can find. We have both been "kissed" by the same camel at the Frank Buck Zoo, had a snow ball fight in the middle of the summer, and have been to a mermaid class. How could you not be intrigued by that???
Andrew loves working with everyone at MME and hopes to build long lasting friendships. I enjoy what I do for MME and hope to learn as much as I can to help the team succeed!
Heather is from Grapevine, Texas and has lived here for the last 35 years. She attended college in Dallas, Texas for Medical Assisting and went on to work in the medical billing industry for 25 years prior to joining the MME team as our Billing Coordinator. MME has certainly been a big change for Heather career wise, but she says “I look at change as a challenge, and I love challenges and my job here at MME!” She enjoys that the team at MME gets along so well, and since she can get along great with pretty much anyone, she fits in quite well here! Heather has 2 daughters, Mackenzie and Whitney, and her 3 Grand Darlins, 5 year old Kyler, Braiden whose 4, and the youngest, 2 yr. old Shyleigh. Heather said the last few years of her life didn’t go as she had planned, which taught her to love while you can and says now that she has grandkids she is doing just that…. MUCH MORE! On her left forearm Heather has a tattoo that reads “One Day at a Time,” which is the way she lives her life. In her free time Heather enjoys spending quality time with her Grand Darlins and making her own jewelry! She loves Mexican food, seafood, big fat juicy cheeseburgers, and ANY and ALL chocolate!
Jessica was born in Dallas but lived in Colorado for 7 years. While Colorado was amazing, she missed Texas so much that she moved back as soon as she graduated. She doesn’t have any kids, but she has 2 cats and a dog that are her fur babies, along with 4 younger siblings who are her world. I love working for MME because of the wonderful people! Jessica was a dispatcher for a cable company for 4 years and was sad to leave, but everyone here has been so welcoming and a joy to be around. Outside of work she says she is a complete homebody. She enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend. Jessica is part of our dispatch team and helps take care of our clients and technicians and we couldn’t be happier to have her join the MME family!
After graduating from Dallas Baptist University, Megan worked in the medical field as an ER Scribe, but decided to come back to MME in April 2018. She enjoys being at the beach or lake, cycling, and traveling. Proud owner of her mutt, Toby and hedgehog, Quill.i.am.
Alfonso was born and raised in Santa Ana, CA and has been a member of the MME team for 1 year. He was working for Teletrac when we got lucky enough to find him and has been servicing our Santa Ana area where the clients love his outgoing and joyful personality. He says coming to MME was the best career move for him and he loves working for a company where its his job to make people happy and get to do a hobby at the same time. His passion in life is working on all types of automobiles, especially classic cars. He is happily married and the father of 4 kids which are his top priority. He says that being a dad is the best part of his life and he enjoys every moment of it. There is no place I would rather be than home with my kids and wife!
Cheryn comes to MME following a long history working in management. A Northern California native, Cheryn retired from her managerial role to change the pace of her life. She came onboard at MME first as a contractor, and eventually as a full time Billing Coordinator. Cheryn is the proud step-mom of three boys and one daughter, loves to travel, and is single (and available.... wink wink).
Joe Tramontin II has been working as a GPS technician for eight years. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Joe graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1995. He currently lives in Napoleon, Ohio and is proud to be serving the Michigan, Ohio and Indiana areas for MME. In addition to his GPS experience, Joe is a talented writer/photographer and has held several other positions in the computer and technology fields.
I was born in Maryland, grew up in Washington DC, then my family moved back to Maryland when I was in the 5th grade and I've lived there since. I started my career in electronics at a very early age. I took some electronics classes in high school then upon graduating I went to work for a electronics store called Circuit City. I started in the warehouse pulling orders but was quickly promoted to the road shop where I became a 12V installer. I installed car audio & security systems. I worked there for a couple of years, then went to work for Best Buy for 5 years where I was promoted to lead installer and shop manager in charge of 4 techs. We would build and maintain the car audio room on the sales floor. I later spent 12 years at Flextronics as a subcontractor for Verizon wireless, working as a field technician installing mobile equipment and supervising 8 technicians.
But I finally found my permanent home with Metro Mobile Electronics which I've now been with for a year & a half . I have been so blessed to find such a great company to work for. Everyone at MME are truly great people to work with. In my spare time I'm a musician and play lead guitar, (Fender of course,) and also play drums. My set of choice are Pearls. I also belong to the Maryland Camaro club where I enter my Camaro into shows during the spring & summer. I have 3 wonderful kids, my son is a United States Marine, and I have 2 daughters, one who is a nurse and one who just graduated high school and works part time at the mall while attending community college. Proud dad and quite the busy man!
I'm pretty much that guy that's quiet, but always smiling with a positive attitude. I was born in Las Cruses, NM and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I come from a really good and hardworking family so I have done a little bit of everything throughout my years of working. From retail to cooking to maintenance to working on cars to building houses. I've only been with MME for a couple of months and hands down, it's the best job ever . I have always enjoyed working with mobile electronics so thanks to MME I now have made a career out of it which is definitely a blessing.
Speaking of blessings, the biggest one of them all was having the chance of being the father to my best friend! My 3 year old son. Although it seems like his terrible 2s will never go away, I adore him very much.
There are many things I enjoy doing such as cooking, off roading, hunting, making fun projects with my son, going out with the guys, and every minute spent with my huge obnoxious Hispanic family.
I also have the biggest obsession with my custom 4x4 truck and a collection of over 10,000 die cast model cars.
You can also catch me Sunday mornings taking place as the audio engineer of the worship team at my church!
Terry was born and raised in Cobb County, GA. and owned a car stereo shop in Douglasville, GA prior to coming to us at MME in October 2016. He had been doing car audio since he was a teenager and made a career out of what he loved. He is passionate for anything and everything automobile related. This guy loves cars, from troubleshooting an issue to building show cars when he can find the time, there isn’t much Terry can’t do involving a vehicle. Terry moved to North Carolina just a few weeks prior to starting at MME when he married his bundle of joy Meredith in September of 2016. They have three girls, 16 year old Lexie, 10 year old Emma, and 9 year old Lilly. He loves using what free time he has to be with the people he loves the most. He now is well known for servicing clients all around the NC area and says he not only loves his job but it makes him feel good to know it’s something he can take pride in and do right.
I am originally from Chicago but have been in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. I attended college majoring Computer Science and minoring in Computer Engineering but left to pursue my love of Car Stereo installation. I worked in Car Stereo for 10 years before transitioning into the Telematics field for 5 years before finding my home at here MME. I have a beautiful wife of 5 years and 4 garbage disposals, I mean intelligent and talented children. They are the reason I work as hard as hard as I do!!! I enjoy helping people whether it be those close to me or a stranger in need. I am a strong believer of giving the energy and effort you wish to receive back in life. That is one of many reasons I love being a part of the family here at MME. I strive to give the highest level of customer service to every customer every time!!!
Abseres is from Addis Abeba, Ethiopia and traveled to the USA about a year ago to the Stafford, VA area to be close to family who moved here a few years earlier. Abseres went to college at Hilcoe school of computer science and technology in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia and prior to coming to work for MME worked in computer maintenance and networking. He explained to us in Ethiopia kids get to select a career they are passionate about and take courses that are solely related to that field of work and Abseres said he always loved doing hands on electrical work. When Abseres is not at work he enjoys reading books and learning as many new things as possible. He enjoys working for MME because of the helpful teammates and getting to learn something new every day, not to mention traveling across the country and getting to visit new places is a huge perk as well. He says his favorite food is a traditional Ethiopian chicken stew called “Doro Wot” and we are all currently waiting on him to make a pot of it for us to try!
Tony was born in Akron, Ohio, moved to south Florida when he was 11 and grew up there but in the late 80's he moved back to Virginia and has been there since. He got his Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from NEC Bauder College in Ft Lauderdale in 1988, and he has 20+ years in the electronic/communications industry. He enjoys time with family, his 4 children who are 29, 25, 22 and 15, the 22 yr old being the only girl (and quite the daddy's girl!) In his free time he loves riding his motorcycle, a 2007 Harley 1200 sportster, 50th anniversary edition. "I am thankful and blessed to have a loving, supportive family, and amazing wife of almost 33 years.” Something you would not know about me....years ago I did a triathlon, and did finish..pretty much last, but I did complete it as failure is never an option. My wife did the Disney marathon, and finished as well-raising money for the Leukemia foundation. We found out later, she was diagnosed with Hodgkins disease, a form of Leukemia! Thank God, He got her through it, and has been cancer free since 1998! I thank MME for having faith in me and giving me the opportunity, and for being so gracious. I am proud to be a member of this team!
With 33 years experience, Todd has a lifetime's worth of expertise in the automotive and electronics installation field. When he is not busy heading up our Florida team, Todd likes to travel and attend sporting events across the country.
Todd II, known as T2 around here, brings ten years automotive electronics/installation experience to MME. He is part of our well-liked Florida team. When he's not working, he can be found on the softball field or hanging out at the beach with his dog.
Charlie (aka Chuck, Chuckaroo, Charles, Char-Char, and Chuckers) is the head of our security team. His growl is intimidating and his bark is fierce, but as long as you treat him and the team right, he'll be your best friend and confidant. Charlie came to us from DFW Chihuahua Rescue – yes, Charlie was supposed to be a chihuahua, but through a strict body building plan (chasing squirrels) and muscle-gain diet regimen (milk bones and kibble), Charlie grew into a Mighty Mutt who takes his job very seriously. Well loved by the ladies (and the guys, for that matter), Charlie is proud at what he's accomplished at MME, and we expect he will be around for a long time.
Margo is second in command of our security team, often traveling to jobsites to keep an eye on the company's assets. Margo approaches her job with a calm and quiet demeanor, but don't let her fool you. She has a heck of a growl – make sure if she asks you a question, your answer is NOT "I don't KNOW, Margo!" An accomplished singer, Margo has been known to howl at the moon, or the ceiling fan, whatever's convenient. Though she is young, she did time in puppy jail and was a mom in previous life before coming to us from DFW Rescue Me. At MME we believe in second chances, and Margo is living proof.
Meet gnoMME. GnoMME is our traveling ambassador, spreading goodwill across the globe. He travels with our installers, families, and sometimes our customers, so much so that it often appears that he is in multiple places at the same time. He's a master of disguises, having been seen with and without a goatee, googly eyes, and uniforms. He's also multi-cultural, appearing pink, green, black, white, blue, red, and camo, always ready to be accepting and respectful wherever he may travel. And his travels are many – he's been to both coasts and to Europe, onboard ships and airplanes, and at tourist attractions too numerous to list. Want to follow his travels?
