With so many "Fly By Night" and single man operators showing up in this ever growing telematics space and then disappearing, you have to be very careful who you engage to work with today's increasingly complex vehicles and telematics hardware. At MME, we work very diligently to be sure that we have the proper insurance limits and coverages to protect not only our customers, their property, and their vehicles, but also our employees and their families. We offer health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance to our employees so that they are fully vested in the success of our customers and our company which results in a vastly higher quality install than our competitors. Our employed technicians and our professional partner installers are all highly trained and fully insured for your peace of mind. We employ substantial resources to help us when we encounter difficult installation or service situations that other small operators simply aren't equipped to handle successfully.   • QUESTION: Can installations be performed covertly?
    ANSWER: Yes. Our technicians operate unmarked vehicles, and upon request, can dress in street clothes to blend into your environment.
  • QUESTION: Can a GPS tracking system be completely hidden from view?
    ANSWER: In most cases, yes. There are, however, a few limitations, such as dash type, windshield type, and certain types of peripheral equipment that involves driver interaction. We will discuss these with you during scheduling or the installation to address any concerns.

    ANSWER: Please see our most recent coverage map. If vehicles are located outside of our normal regions, please feel free to contact us to discuss travel rates and availability. We travel where our customers need us. Our technicians have even worked extensively in Canada, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. We provide nationwide and international service!
  • QUESTION: What hours are you available?
    ANSWER: Our technicians are available for service or installation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ask that advanced notice be provided to schedule, as prime appointments, such as weekends, tend to fill up quickly.
  • QUESTION: What sets your work apart from others?
    ANSWER: MME specializes in GPS fleet tracking equipment installation and service as our primary focus. Our technicians have worked extensively in the field, with numerous business types, vehicles, and environments. We are the sole provider for several large fleets, and this extensive experience has given us insight into how customers utilize fleet vehicles. We have also learned several tricks of the trade to identify when a driver is attempting to tamper with a system, allowing us to better serve our customers.
  • QUESTION: Do you sell GPS tracking solutions? How can I get tracking for my own fleet?
    ANSWER: We partner with multiple major Telematics providers, but we do not recommend one over the other, as each company has a unique focus, depending on the customer’s needs. If you would like a recommendation, please email or call us with the types of vehicles or equipment that you wish to monitor, along with the specific needs that you have. We would be happy to assist you in finding a GPS tracking system that will meet your particular needs.

    ANSWER: We offer a "Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee."

  • QUESTION: What are your rates?
    ANSWER: Rates vary depending on the type of vehicles, type of equipment, and availability. Please feel free to call for a quote, keeping in mind that quantity discounts are often available.
  • QUESTION: How long does an installation take?
    ANSWER: Installation time also varies depending of type of vehicles and equipment. Typical installations in standard vehicles take approximately an hour, including pre- and post-installation inspections, testing, and paperwork. Complex installations may take longer, while basic, straightforward installs into common fleet vehicles could go much faster. We will be happy to provide a time quote for your particular installation upon request. Keep in mind that we will work around your schedule, including before-hours, after-hours, and on weekends to ensure that we do not disrupt your business unnecessarily.
  • QUESTION: What about all this talk about quality?
    ANSWER: MME differs from many other installation companies in that we are more concerned about quality than quantity. While other companies will boast about how fast they can implement a fleet, we boast about our low service revisit rate. Slamming 50 units into vehicles in a single day often results in damaged vehicles and equipment failures, which translates to more downtime for your fleet and increased costs for you. MME insists on taking the time needed to install right the first time, which saves you time and money in the long-run because you won’t have to worry about costly revisits, repair bills, and additional fleet down-time.
